Downstream Automation Overview
Deacro’s unique modular downstream processing system allows for multiple automated procedures that include roll labeling, wrapping/bagging, roll weighing, roll palletizing, pallet handling, pallet wrapping and pallet labeling. This versatile configuration allows the use of multiple slitter rewinders for high production throughput.
Deacro slitter rewinders can also be setup to unload finished rolls onto a conveyor system that will move the rolls a central processing location in your plant. This technology can greatly reduce the required labor and ensures that the slitter production is not limited by the roll handling requirements.
