Slitter Rewinder Automation
The auto core loading system is designed to accurately places cores on the rewind shafts during the slitter run time. The auto core loading system is able to store several sets of cores and has adjustable gates for different core widths. This system is typically interfaced with automatic Deacro turret slitters such as the T610B.
The slitter rewinders can also be setup to unload finished rolls onto a conveyor system that will move the rolls a central processing location in your plant. This technology can greatly reduce the required labor and ensures that the slitter production is not limited by the roll handling requirements.

 This option seals the finished set by placing a strip of tape on the outside of each roll. This is done after the auto-cut and transfer operation. |
