Roll Turning Unit Overview
The RTU (roll turning unit) is the ideal solution for manually manipulating and palletizing finished rolls quickly and saftely. The powered RTU can be mounted from a bionic arm, balancer arm, jib crane or overhead light crane system. The Deacro RTU is attached to a pneumatic easylift hoist and can also be configured on an electric chain hoist. An optional roll pusher is also available for easy off loading.
The unique design allows operators of either gender and of any stature to use the manipulator with a great deal of ease. The Roll Turning Unit is pneumatically operated making it an ideal choice for use in clean room environments, with no electrical connections required.
