Downstream Automation

Deacro’s unique modular system allows for additional automated procedures such as roll labeling, wrapping/bagging, weighing, roll palletizing, pallet handling, pallet wrapping and pallet labeling. Multiple slitters can be setup to unload roll to a conveyor system that moves the rolls downstream to a central processing location. This technology can reduce the required labor and ensure that the slitter production is not limited by the roll handling requirements.

Auto Core Loading

The auto core loading system accurately places cores on the rewind shafts during the slitter run time. The core loading system is able to store several sets of cores and has adjustable gates for different core widths.
