Roll Palletizing Systems

Available as rigid or crane mounted systems, Deacro can offer roll palletizers integrated into the slitter receiving station. The roll handling system pneumatically rotates its shafts, allowing operators to immediately restart the slitter. During slitter operation, operators can use the manipulator to palletize rolls for maximum efficiency. With slitter roll pushers, the unloading is fully automated.

Model RTU (Roll Turning Unit)

The RTU is an ideal solution for manually manipulating finished rolls quickly and saftely. The powered RTU (roll turning unit) can be mounted from a Bionic arm, balancer arm, jib crane or overhead light crane system. The RTU is attached to a pneumatic easylift hoist and can also be configured on an electric chain hoist. An optional roll pusher is also available for easy off loading.
