The HC610A receives finished rolls from the slitter, pneumatically rotates 90 degrees and tilts the rolls to the horizontal plane. Rolls can be unloaded manually from an ergonomic height or automatically with a fully automatic scissor table. The HC610A receiving station allows operators to immediately re-core and restart the slitter - all during the off-loading of the finished rolls.
The HC610A can also be integrated as part of an automated cell. The HRCT610A automatically moves on rails and indexes 180 degrees ro recieve the finished rolls. The shafts are then electrically lowered to allow off-loading to a conveyor unit.
