A personal letter from Tomas Cheatle of RTG Films
My main decision for purchasing the machine as not just based on the overall quality of this slitter, but the sales, service and support that went along with it. When I visited your factory in Mississauga, I knew that Deacro manufactured a quality slitter prior to my arrival. Just from the way that you and Keith Hamilton presented yourselves at your facility during sales calls, I knew that Deacro stood for quality. Plus, when I met everyone at Deacro and got to see the facility, I realized that this was the company that was not only going to supply us with this slitter, but future slitters as well.
As for the Service Department, I cannot say enough about them. Our initial installation by Fernando Vaca went very smooth due to his excellent knowledge of the equipment. Also, his training was praised by all of our operators. We have also had no complaints on the prompt way that Deacro takes care of us.
Whenever we call with a question, it seems that Deacro always has the answer. Robin Baker has probably received many phone calls from us, but every time he has guided us in the right direction to correct our problems. On our recent “problem” with the machine, we had a Service Technician at our facility in less than one week. Your Service Technician did an excellent job in fixing our problem as well as giving our operators a “refresher” training course.
I appreciate all the support that Deacro has given RTG Films since the arrival of our first slitter and look forward to purchasing the next.
