U1000B Shafted Unwind Overview
Deacro’s unwind stands are designed and engineered for strong, durable performance and reliable ease-of-mind operation. Machine frames are ground steel and are rigidly braced with heavy-duty torque members. This ensures frame stability and vibration free operation during slitter runtime. The U1000B shafted unwind is standard with all Deacro slitter rewinders and ships with 3” air shafts and adapter chucks.
A pneumatic brake maintains tension while a servo activated web guide corrects roll profiles. The base and arm slides consist of high capacity linear bearing rails and are easily maintained. Optional features such as a driven motor and auto roll lift, sets the Deacro U1000A shafted unwind apart from the competition.
