MIR800 Slitter Rewinder Overview
Deacro is revolutionizing the converting industry again with its MIR800 and MIR100B Multiple Individual Rewind slitter rewinder series. Built with the same superior construction of Deacro’s other slitter equipment, the MIR800A/1000A are welcome members to Deacro’s already impressive lineup. Designed with versatility in mind, an overhead web path provides excellent web visibility and easy operator access to the slitting section.
The MIR800/1000B provides a versatile, ergonomic system for the highest quality differential rewinding. The fully shaftless, duplex system features a servo motor for each rewind reel. Winding options include center surface or center winding with a pneumatic lay-on. When rewinding is complete, both rewind sections automatically pivot to unload the rolls.
The MIR800 is capable of covering a wide range of material applications and slit widths. These applications range from industrial films and foils to packaging material film, laminated products and coated paper.
