CE610B Slitter Rewinder Overview

The CE610B narrow web model (overhead inspection web path version shown) is the most technologically advanced and versatile duplex cantilevered slitter in the industry. Deacro’s innovative rewind technology such as the Auto Roll Lock differential air shafts and servo-actuated lay-on roller system deliver the ability to rewind even the most difficult light gauge films and complex laminates.


The duplex rewind mandrels eliminate web interweaving and provide the most sensitive tension control for each rewind roll. The slitter can be operated in a ‘minimum gap mode’ for adhesives or cold seals and there is a dedicated narrow width option for narrow web rewind applications.


For inspection applications, an optional web path allows the operator to examine the print in a convenient location above the rewinds. Full operator control and inspection can be performed from one location. This long in-feed web path allows the operator to stop the web prior to defected material making it through to the rewind.
