Model CSR1300A Center Surface Winder

The CSR1300A simplex center surface slitter rewinder is the most technologically advanced and versatile simplex slitter in the converting industry. The CSR1300A is ideal for winding large ODs (up to 50”/1300 mm) for heavy and high tension materials such as papers and complex laminates. Winding directly off of a drum provides good tracking to virtually eliminate web interweaving.

At the touch of a button, the CSR1300A roll slitter can be set to the correct running parameters. Digital knife positioning and servo laser core indication options can greatly reduce setup times. When rewinding is complete, rewind arms hydraulically rotate out of the machine to an unloading position.
