Lift-Out Slitter Overview
The Lift-Out mandrel series slitters are technically advanced duplex slitter rewinders that are ideal for large or wide roll converting. Lift-out slitters feature differential or locked core rewinding up to 50" (1270 mm) in diameter. These large roll slitters are ideal for heavy papers, label stock, foils, films and complex laminates.
The 'L' Series lift-out mandrel center winders offer unmatched control and versatility. The rewind system can be differential to compensate for gauge variances across the web or dual locked core winding. A programmable lay-on system can be used as a common or individual roller configuration. Maintenance free A.C vector drives complement a totally digital environment.
