L1000B Slitter Rewinder Overview
The L1000B is a lift-out mandrel slitter rewinder that is capable of rewinding up to 40” (1000 mm) roll OD’s. This slitters is ideal for heavy papers, label stock, foils, films and complex laminates. It is also designed to accomodate wide web widths or large roll ODs.
Optional features such as Deacro’s rewind shaft technology and adjustable rewind shaft supports, extend the capabilities of the slitter. This is for handling heavier roll weights, wider web widths and larger finished roll OD’s that can be rewound on the lift-out series slitters.
The L1000B offers unmatched control and versatility with a rewind system that can be differential to compensate for gauge variances across the web or dual locked core winding. A programmable lay-on system can be used as a common or individual roller configuration.
