Deacro offers the label and point-of-sale roll industry a technically advanced fully automatic slitter rewinder in its model T10A. High productivity is achieved using automatic core feeding, a turreted rewind with a glueless auto cut-and-transfer system and web speeds of up to 750 fpm (230 mpm).
The T10A is PLC controlled and operator accessed via an accessible touch control screen. File recipe data can be stored in a database for maximum repeatability. Optional features include die cutting with web matrix removal and electronic visual inspection systems.
Machine frames are ground steel plate braced with heavy duty torque members. This ensures frame stability minimal vibration.
Optional core feeding systems fully automate the slitting and rewinding process. Core loading, web cutting, web transferring, finished roll tail tying and finished roll removing become automated procedures that can be completed in only a few seconds.
