T10A Inspection Label Slitter

Deacro offers the label and point-of-sale roll industry an advanced fully automatic inspection label slitter rewinder in its model T10A. High productivity is achieved using automatic core feeding, a turreted rewind with a glueless auto cut-and-transfer system and web speeds of up to 750 fpm (230 mpm). The T10A is primarily designed for label slitting purposes. This includes self-wound adhesive tapes, pressure sensitive label stocks and printed/un-printed die cuts.

The T10A is PLC controlled and operator accessed via a user friendly touch control screen. File recipe data can be stored in a database for maximum repeatability. Optional features include die cutting with web matrix removal and electronic visual inspection systems.
