T10B Slitter Rewinder Overview
Deacro offers the label and point-of-sale roll industry a technically advanced fully automatic slitter rewinder in its model T10B. High productivity is achieved using automatic core feeding, a turreted rewind with a glueless auto cut-and-transfer system and web speeds of up to 750 fpm (230 mpm).
The T10B is PLC controlled and operator accessed via a touch control screen. File recipe data can be stored in a database for maximum repeatability. Optional features include die cutting with web matrix removal and electronic visual inspection systems.
When the slitter rewinding is complete, the C610B can automatically off-load the finished rolls onto one of our many different roll handling products. After the rolls have been removed, the operator simply slides new cores on the rewind shafts and continues the slitting cycle. A set change is as simple as recalling a new file through the color touch screen. Operators never need to handle rewind tooling, handle shafts, setup knives or manually move rolls!
