US1300A Shaftless Unwind Stand

The US1300A shaftless unwind upgrade eliminates the requirement to handle heavy shafts and removes the weight limitations due to deflection. The powered roll lift is a standard feature on the US1300A unwind stand. Additional options include a position-regulated dancer, “walk-over” plate and a splice table.

A pneumatic brake maintains tension while a servo activated web guide corrects roll profiles. The base and arm slides consist of high capacity linear bearing rails and are easily maintained. Optional features such as a driven motor and auto roll lift, sets the Deacro US1300A shafted unwind apart from the competition.
